Oh absolutely, it seems that there is little concern about collecting evidence of anything. How valid is any evidence when quite frankly every man and his dog have been in there first and looted the place? When journalists are getting to these places before evidence has been collected you have to wonder.
I think at best Galloway is misguided, naive and sensationalist. Certainly calling for Arab nations to rise up was pouring petrol on an already inflamed situation that was in danger of destabilising.
What choice do the troops have? If they obey orders they are liable to prosecution, if they dont they are court marshalled for insubordination. I suspect criminal prosecution against either America or Britain unlikely as the punishments would be effectively unenforcable.
