Christmas in brief

* Didn't see many friends, but enjoyed the company of those I did see. Have decided that anyone who didn't phone me / try to get back to me this year has now dropped off my list of people I care to be in touch with*.

* Good to see my family. No fights. The odd drunken situation that didn't need to occur (my bad) and the whole family explaining to me how they're worried about my strange lifestyle, mental problems and alcohol addition. Me explaining that only the last one needs addressing to my mind. Repeatedly. Lovely to see them all nonetheless.

* Nice prezzies from all, including special guest-star of MY DAD BOUGHT ME A PAIR OF **FUCKING** TECHNICS FOR CHRISTMAS. Way, way, way most excellent and unexpected manouevre. I shall be spinning my filth again shortly. I am seriously impressed about this. I may have to set up a night or something.

Chilling out a bit this evening, lots of new tech to plug in and fuck with, new album to make, la la la.

The new year will be good for me and mine. THIS I COMMAND.



* by this, I mean people from home/ex-school/etc, i.e. people whom I would only normally meet around this time for the yearly catch-up.
