Despite my regular anti-MS sentiment, the conclusions it draws (apart from commenting on comments...) are just what you might expect.
MS doesn't seem to have nicked anything they shouldn't have, their more recent code is quite well written but suffers from numerous hacks to maintain compatibility with old versions and other software that relies on previous bugs, their coders have a sense of humour and the leak barely constitutes a major problem for anyone in particular.
Quelle suprise - anyone who's worked on anything above a hobby-scale software project will recognise how hard it can be to manage many coders on millions of lines of source, with projects that have a history and an existing userbase. They might make many ass decisions in terms of strategy, but their code / coders pretty much have to be clued-up to just plain do their job.
