Sunday: 0 kcals
Monday: 0 kcals
Tuesday: 500 kcals
Wednesday: 1000 kcals

Basically, I have discovered that I have precious little inclination towards jumping around like a twat while horribly hungover which, on the evenings preceeding the "fuck all effort today, mate!", I was.

Brought it back up again now, should do 1000 again today.

Grr. I am shite.
