friday is die-day

I shall not be going to the ball.

By which I mean that I shall not be going out this evening to the last Dreadnought. Boo. I suck. My work sucks. This last few weeks, there have been precious few days in which I have not thought that life itself sucks. This is all stuff that will pass. Deadlines and exhaustion, frustration, poor sleeping habits interspersed with overdoing the drink to try to have some fun between the black spots. Grah. I could really use a light at the end of the tunnel work-wise. It will come.

In the meantime, I give you an Inflatable Wild Swan.

Mperia / Bitpass no more

Shiiiiiiit.

'Just got emails informing me that (although it doesn't actually say on their sites yet) Bitpass, and thus Mperia are ceasing to trade.

This is a right bastard!

We've been using Mperia since its inception as they genuinely presented a good deal for both the artists and the punter, and gave us a great mechanism to sell tracks and albums.

If you've got spare money left in a Bitpass account to spend, I do recommend you go and cruise Mperia while it's still up - there's tonnes of great artists on there.

I suppose this could have been worse timing for me... at least we got the half-price sale out of the way. Crikey.

I guess we will have to look elsewhere now... Bands and buyers of digital music... what are you people using these days?
