I just finished the last bit of AI porting on Speedball, fired it up, the opposing captain got to the ball before me, avoided a tackle and scored a chuffing goal.
Shortly afterwards, one of the players decided to try to run offscreen to Poland, I assume, and another one just sat there having a wank, so clearly there's debugging a plenty to be done, but I must say, I'm pretty fucking chuffed.
Can't quite believe it.
