Alcoholic chocolate cakes are the best cakes there are. For my husband's 40th birthday, I baked him a chocolate cherry brandy cake.

It just so happens that I posted the recipe to my cooking blog. Here you go. :) Just replace the water with cherry brandy or any other booze of your choice.
