I definitely agree with a lot of the second bit - it makes sense and I learnt some first hand, about eating and such - though some of my reasons for overeating after I left school were related to something else. But once I ruined a great figure and stopped being able to enjoy sports I liked because I was slow and tired, I realised how badly I had to change myself. But I just wish that not every child has to experience it that way. Luckily I lost over 5 stone of it last year and even at 8 months pregnant now I apparently look quite good - we had a tuck shop at school and I spent my lunch money there, that didn't help! But I seemed to burn it off when I was at school, I did so much sports. When I left... It didn't burn off. And I hadn't remembered someone telling me that if I lived on pasta while not doing sports and excercise that I'd not help myself either. D'oh.
