I just had my landlord round...

Given that I've had SEVERAL utter CUNTS for landlords, I'm stunned...

The chap came round to check on the place for when Noz moves out, to see if there'd been any damages... I showed him the few things that'd happened that *weren't* our fault... he made a list and promised to have them seen to...

Thorougly nice bloke!

Now, while having the mandatory post-music hangover, I've got an easy day's work and a mini-holiday of a weekend to look forward to.

Frankly, I are rather impressed with life at the moment.

Wheather he *actually* sees to them will be something you'll have to find out. I find that landlord always seem to be full of promises. I'm waiting for a new bed about one now actually, my bed base seems to actually be concave!
