Oh yes, me fucking lordy, I can boogie.

Like Whitby 2 2002, I have just spent a very controlled evening having fun.
'Not taken drugs that wouldn't help for the evening... despite their staring me in the face... 'kept my drinking and smoking under control.
... 'frankly, suprised myself.
I just finished the first of the "Album only" tracks for Music To Crash Cars 2:
hellisontheway - demo - deathboy
"Hell Is On The Way" is, I reckon, exactly what I'm supposed to be about.
In the same way that the other new tracks are... no formula but MINE, the same emotion... ME... belting the kind of shite out that I just fucking HAVE to.
And, in a rather ace turn of events, it features:
* ME doing some (really sloppy) guitar
* Jason's guitar (excellent, but not ultra prominent due to the mix - hopefully better in the mastered version)
* Lyrics mostly by The Phil (my soulmate with whom I share a brain, not our fevered drum-psycho)
fuck's sake... I even put a *bridge* into the song.
I don't even know what a bridge IS.
(hence, like vampiric london cabbies, my inability to go "south of the river"... heh...)
Anyway, having done this over the space of SEVERAL evenings (not one) and consuming less than 70cl of vodka on each night (not .. erm... ALL THE VODKA IN EUROPE) and therefore being *faintly* sensible at the end of play, I seem to be making stuff that I'm MUCH happier about afterwards.
Logic would therefore dictate that I should control myself a little more while writing tracks, going out, etc.
HOWEVER!
LOGIC CAN SUCK MY FLACCID PECKER!
I have an alternate plan, which goes like this:
* Regularly attempt to control myself and my chemical intake, therefore ensuring a better honed DeathBoy
* Regularly get EVEN MORE SPASTICALLY FUCKED UP THAN NORMAL to ensure the balance of the cosmos.
Plan, eh?
:D
