Two days without booze and cigs.

Wanted ciggies lots of times, but managed to keep away from 'em.

When I've needed something instead of cigs, I've either eaten a bowl of cereal or gone and spent some time with liz or played Dancing Stage a bit to distract me, all of which is pretty much working out (and meaning that I'm not just going to eat a fuck-tonne to offset the ciggies.

Relatively pleased with myself so far.

On we go.

Nice one, doesn't the nicotine leave your body after 2 or 3 days?

If you can stop for 2 days, I bet you could stay stopped :)
(If you really want to of course)

*impressed*

As has been said above, more or less, detox makes the retox so much more fun. Equally you realise that you're no longer striving for a state of being "functionally wrecked" as apposed to "This is why I've been doing this all this time!"

Keep going matey!
