I'm back into playing half an hour of DDR a day basically as a form of exercise (and so that Fross and Interlock get the ass-whuppin' they so dearly deserve at the next Whitby), and have realised happily that knackering yourself out at something physical makes sitting down and coding quite pleasant as your adrenaline high slowly dissipates and your body is glad of the sit-down.

Similar to when I'm hung over, but can actually manage to get myself up to working-speed, it means all the little tasks I'd put to the end of the list because they were dull or tricky and I just couldn't face doing them no longer seem like that much of an effort and I'm just getting on with the bastards.
