The article paints a worst case interpretation of the effects of the bill, which could be argued will only have sensible, well meaning consequences... but I find it hard to imagine these measures won't be used by appropriately powerful conservatives to smack down businesses, individuals or groups they disapprove of.
At least if the states get even more conservative, I have a chance of seeing Ann Coulter stoned for walking around without a Burkha.
