With some regularity, people who've heard of Music to Crash Cars to call it "Music to Crash Cars By", obviously riffing off "Music to Watch Girls By".

But, thinking about the following examples:

Music to dance to / Music to dance by
Music to sing to / Music to sing by
Music to relax to / Music to relax by

... despite it seeming unweildy, I'm pretty sure it's right.
