Fucking stupid of me NOT to link to something of my own other than a gig for a while, given the ludicrous relevant factor:

Sovereign Entities - DeathBoy vs Bush

and, previous Mperia.com chart-topper (despite being basically me getting my vicious incoherence RIGHT ON), a refined version (fuck knows how) of which will be on the forthcoming album, and which I was (foolishly) previously charging for:

SHUT UP - DeathBoy

VOTE.

I would, but I don't feel like camping outside of a church. God would smite me if I even tried, and then there'd be one less vote against Bush... That would be hell enough for me.

I'm getting up at the asscrack of dawn to vote. It's the only time I can fit it into my schedule, and I'd rather stab myself in the uterus with a rusty piece of metal than not vote...

erm, polls not poles in my halloween weekend hangover state...

I'd go camp out, but it is Chicago and the temp has dropped and rain and well, I want my vote to go through, not be 1/2 dead in the emergency room being charged to much for health care because Bush doesn't think people like me should have healthcare available unless I pay $$$ for it.

btw, in case you hadn't heard, a judge in Ohio declared a law unconstitutional essentially banning the GOP from putting voting challengers at the polls to "check the validity of the voters" which is a classic Republican move used to slow up the process thus inhibiting voters. They specifically target Democrats.

This year it is illegal to prohibit ANYONE from voting. Everyone is allowed to cast their vote. If someone comes up as a questionable registration, then that person can cast a Provisional Ballott which is then checked to confirm the validity of the voter. Upon verification, the ballott is then counted.

Here ElectionProtection2004.org is a site you can post. It gives a complete state by state detail in English and Spanish of what voters' rights are in that state.

Also, tell people to keep this number at hand should ANYONE try to prevent them from voting...

1-866-OUR-VOTE

it is a toll free # in the US.

Polls open in Virginia at 6am.
I'll be there.
Three guesses as to who I'm NOT voting for.

You got it. Kaiser Soze. He'd make a schitte president.

It makes me very pleased indeed, without (honestly) any malice of any sort, that enough of my friends have upbraided me as to the time difference, because they *know* when the polls open.

Thank you for being one of my friends that knows the particulars about when and how they can vote.

After four years of that cabbage patch looking coke-head, i've patiently awaited a chance to fire him feet first into the sun.

While today does not present THAT specific opportunity, I'll take it.

If I weren't so desperate to see Bush gone, I might have to write in the Naked Daning Llama.

As it is, I re-registered instead of sending an absente ballot to Pennsylvania, because they've gone to the Dems for the past 30-some elections, but Ohio really is a swing state this year. It's sad that I think my vote counts more here...

Three of my best friends from HS were called to serve within weeks of graduation. Whenever I talk to them, they all say that they are afraid to have another four years with captain warmonger as president.

I'm hoping that tomorrow is more productive than that fateful election day four years ago...

for some stupid fucking reason, I can't download any tunes of your LJ.

It sucks BIG time.

Suppose I'll have to force a mate to get it then send it over msn or something, but I WILL be listening to these tunes when I can!

(And I'll be shouting, in writing, at me american mates to go vote all day long.)

I was up at the ass crack of dawn voting for Kerry in my little backwoods republican town. Was also explaining electoral votes to my mom which proved to be quite difficult with her.

Yay for gay marriage!
